Just getting back into the studio after a very long break! It feel so great to get the creative juices flowing again!!!
I loved working on this piece. It is drawn on Strathmore 80lb paper with Lyra Rembrandt Carbon pencils. This is the first time I have used carbon pencils, but it won't be the last! They have the depth of charcoal, with the hardness and smooth quality of graphite.
I am currently working on several portrait commissions and a few paintings. I am hoping to have a few of them posted in the coming days!
